We would like to introduce a case study of the production of long-type cotton swab containers by Daikyo Chemical Co., Ltd. The customer requested transparency, deformation countermeasures, and airtightness with the cap. Considering transparency, we proposed using a transparent grade of PP and suggested bag-cut molding due to concerns about bending caused by uneven thickness.
